Officers from the Pinellas Park Police Department continue to investigate a roadway shooting along US-19 in Pinellas Park.
The incident occurred on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at approximately 3:10 a.m. at US-19 and Bryan Dairy Road.
Police say that at approximately 3:09 AM, Pinellas Park Police responded to the area of US-19 N and Bryan Dairy Rd after several officers heard gunshots from the area.
Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle stopped in the roadway with damage consistent with a shooting. Nearby, officers located the occupants from the vehicle. A passenger has sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

TRAFFIC ALERT- Southbound US Highway 19 Frontage is currently closed between 126th Ave and Bryan Dairy Rd. It is estimated the roadway will re-open at approximately 10:00 AM.
