Police Say Man Killed His Half-Brother in St. Petersburg Fight
Stevie Murph, age 27, has been charged with 1st degree murder following the death of his half-brother 29 year-old Antwan Hill.
St. Petersburg Police responded to Murph’s residence shortly after 2 a.m. for reports of an argument at 2843-1/2 2nd Avenue South.

The fight continued outside and ended up on the porch of the house on the corner, 2864 1st Avenue South.
Murph injured Hill during the fight according to police.

When police arrived they did CPR until St. Petersburg Fire paramedics arrived. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Murph fled the scene in an SUV and struck two cars a few blocks away. The SUV flipped and then he ran and hid in a nearby yard.
When police arrived, he was located and taken into custody.
