Police Seek Two Subjects that Robbed the Burger King on US-19 in Pinellas Park
On Friday, September 22, 2017 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Pinellas Park Police responded to an armed robbery call that occurred at the Burger King at 7930 U.S. Hwy 19 North.
During the investigation it was learned that two black males, both armed with what were described as handguns, approached the business manger and another employee as they were leaving the business.
Both employees were forced back inside the business at gunpoint, at which time the manager was forced at gunpoint to open the safe.
Both suspects fled the business after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say that this robbery appears related to a similar incident that occurred at this same location on August 20th and a similar attempted robbery at another Burger King (6590 Park Blvd) on August 28th.
Both suspects have been described as being: black males, 5’10” to 6’00”, thin builds, dressed all in black with coverings over their head and face with only their eyes exposed.
