SEMINOLE — A Seminole man has been arrested and charged following an incident reported at a city park involving juvenile witnesses.
According to a news release from investigators, detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit arrested 61-year-old Mark Prutsman on January 5, 2026, on two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
Investigators said the incident occurred on December 24, 2025, at approximately 3:37 p.m. Deputies responded to Blossom Lake Park after receiving a report that Prutsman was sitting on a bench watching pornography while his hands were inside his pants. The behavior was observed by two juvenile males who were playing basketball at the park. The juveniles then asked another adult at the park to call 911 because they did not have access to a phone.
During the investigation, Prutsman admitted to sitting on a bench at the park and watching what he described as “adult material” and “porn,” but denied touching himself.
Prutsman was taken into custody and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition. He was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
The investigation remains ongoing.
The victims are a 12-year-old male and a 9-year-old male. In accordance with Florida Statute 119.071, no further information will be released that could identify the victims.
