Shortly before 6 a.m., on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, police responded to a call of a person shot at the Reserve at Lake Point apartments, 5640 Lynn Lake Dr. S.
25-year-old Yvonne Abernathy who lives at that apartment was shot in the hallway outside her apartment.
She is deceased and the gunman is not in custody.
