St. Petersburg Police seeking hit and run driver that struck pedestrian

Detectives from the St. Petersburg Police are searching for the vehicle and/or its driver that struck and pedestrian on January 13, 2022 at approximately 6:40 p.m.

This car fled from the scene after seriously injuring the pedestrian while he was safely crossing a marked crosswalk at the intersection of 15th Avenue S. and 22nd Street. S. January 13th around 6:40 p.m.

The pedestrian remains at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries.

The video first shows a photo of the vehicle, and then plays a video of the car making a left-hand turn.
