ST. PETERSBURG – A St. Petersburg woman was arrested on August 18, 2025, after officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department say she caused a disturbance while wearing a hot dog costume.

According to an arrest affidavit, 48-year-old Marcia Lynn Morgan became upset when a neighbor parked near her yard in the 6400 block of 23rd Terrace.
