Tampa Police Investigating multiple traffic crashes on the Courtney Campbell Causeway

The crash occurred at approximately 7:48 p.m. on Sunday, August 11, 2024 on the Courtney Campbell Causeway near Rocky Point Drive.

Officers from the Tampa Police Department are currently on scene investigating multiple traffic crashes, involving a flipped vehicle on the eastbound lanes of Courtney Campbell Causeway.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

All eastbound lanes of the CCC are currently closed. One lane of westbound traffic is open.
