The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a three-year-old pedestrian.
HCSO deputies responded to the 7500 block of Pitch Pine Circle in Tampa just before 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, after receiving a report of a toddler struck by a vehicle. The toddler was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The toddler was riding his bicycle with siblings and a parent in the Place One Condominiums parking lot when a Toyota RAV4 turned a corner and struck the child.
