Troopers investigating after woman drives SUV into community pool in Pasco County

Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a crash that occurred at approximately 9:41 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020.

Audrey Bullitt-Reeves, age 56 of New Port Richey, was traveling southbound on Travco Court, approaching Jayco Court.  She lost control of her 2007 Mazda CX-9, continued forward over the curb, and traveled through bushes and a fence.

The vehicle then entered the community pool located adjacent to the trailer park office located at 839 Old County Road 54.

Bullitt-Reeves was able to exit the rear window of the vehicle as it submerged.

She was not injured in the crash and troopers charged with careless driving.
