Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) continue to investigate a crash on Little Road that claimed the lives of two individuals. The collision occurred at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
According to authorities, a motorcycle operated by a 25-year-old New Port Richey man was traveling southbound on Little Road, just north of Embassy Boulevard, when an 18-year-old Port Richey man attempted to cross the roadway. The pedestrian entered the motorcycle’s path, resulting in a collision.
Emergency responders transported both the motorcyclist and pedestrian to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, both individuals died from their injuries.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Authorities have not released the names of those involved. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
