Two Motorcyclists Injured in Crash on Ulmerton Road

Two motorcyclists were injured in a crash that occurred shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017.  The crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of Ulmerton road across from the Winghouse (7300 block of Ulmerton Road).

Largo Police, Largo Fire Rescue, Pinellas Park Fire Rescue, and Sunstar Paramedics were dispatched to the scene.

Both of the injured were declared trauma alerts and transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.

The extent of their injuries are not known at this time but at least one of the men was walking around after the crash.

IONTB is not able to confirm the number of motorcycles involved or the involvement of any other vehicle due to the large crowd that formed at the scene.
