Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) is investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred on December 4, 2025, at 9:33 a.m. on northbound I-75 near the 257 milepost.

According to FHP, a 57-year-old Riverview woman driving a Chrysler 300 suffered a medical emergency while traveling northbound. The vehicle entered the center median and struck a guardrail, then crossed back over the northbound lanes and hit a second guardrail at the exit to US-301 before coming to a stop.
