Palm Harbor Woman Killed in Clearwater Drive-by Shooting

Update: December 18, 2017 – 10 a.m.

Clearwater Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that killed 30 year-old Elizabeth Rosado.

The initial call came in at 8:19 p.m. on Sunday, December 17, 2017, from 800 Belleair Road.

The victim in Sunday night’s fatal drive-by shooting on Scranton Avenue has been identified as 30 year-old Elizabeth Rosado of Palm Harbor.

According to investigators, Rosado was riding in the front passenger seat of the Nissan Sentra, which was southbound on Scranton, when she was shot.

Three other people, including her husband and her 10-year-old daughter, were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting.

No one else was injured.

The search for the suspect or suspects continues. A white car was seen in the area at the time of the shooting. The investigation continues.
