AMBER ALERT Issued for 2 Year-old Boy Last Seen in Largo, Florida

A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for Jordan Belliveau, a biracial male, 2 years old, 2 feet 6 inches tall, 30 pounds, short brown hair and brown eyes, last seen in the area of Lake Avenue and East Bay Drive in Largo, Florida, wearing a blue shirt with “72” on the front, blue gym shorts with a black and white stripe, black socks, and black and white Nike sneakers.

Jordan Belliveau and his mother, Charisse Stinson, were walking on East Bay Drive near Belcher Road at approximately 9:30 p.m. on September 1, 2018.

Stinson told investigators that the two were offered a ride in a white Toyota Camry by a person who was unknown to them, but provided the name of Antwan.

Once in the vehicle, an altercation took place and Stinson reports she was struck in the face and lost consciousness.

Upon regaining consciousness at approximately 1:30 A.M on September 2, 2018, Stinson reports she found herself in a wooded area located within Largo Central Park.

The original call for service appears to have originated at the Hampton Hotel located across the street from Largo Central Park. Stinson reportedly arrived at the hotel hysterical and both fire rescue crews and police were dispatched.

After an extensive search of the area, Jordan was not located and an Amber Alert was initiated.

Stinson was transported to a local hospital for a medical evaluation.

Jordan has a partially healed cut on the underside of his chin and a birthmark on the right side of his stomach.

Attached photo is a possible suspect vehicle in the LPD Amber Alert. 2010 Toyota Camry with a white grill and dark tinted windows. Hanging from the rear view mirror are rosary beads and a black ice air freshener.

Jordan may be in the company of an unidentified black male, approximately 25 years old, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a white tank top and black basketball shorts with an “AND1” logo. He has dreadlocks and gold teeth and may go by the name Antwan. They may be traveling in a white Toyota Camry. 

Attached is a sketch of the suspect who identified himself as “Antwan”.

Largo Police are asking all residents residing along the East Bay Dr. corridor between Belcher Rd. and Missouri Ave to review any privately held security footage that may have captured the above suspect, Jordon Belliveau, his mother, or a white Toyota Camry suspected in this case, between the hours of 9:30 p.m. on 9/1/18 and 1:30 a.m. on 9/2/18.

It has been reported that a prior Child Protective Investigation took place involving Jordan Belliveau.
