ST. PETERSBURG – A 56-year-old woman was struck and killed while crossing 34th Street North on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
The crash occurred shortly after 10 p.m. in the 400 block of 34th Street North. Investigators say the woman was crossing east to west when she entered the path of a southbound white Ford F-150 traveling in the curb lane.

The pedestrian was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Her identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The driver of the Ford F-150 was not injured and remained at the scene, cooperating with investigators.
