PINELLAS COUNTY – Deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with multiple local law enforcement agencies, will conduct a DUI Wolf Pack operation this weekend to target impaired drivers.
Participating agencies include the Florida Highway Patrol, Kenneth City Police Department, Largo Police Department, Gulfport Police Department, St. Petersburg Police Department, Tarpon Springs Police Department, Treasure Island Police Department, and Clearwater Police Department.
The operation will run from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025, through 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2025. Law enforcement will maintain a visible presence on the county’s busiest roadways.
The initiative supports the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office’s ongoing efforts to reduce deaths, injuries, and property damage caused by impaired driving. The Wolf Pack operation also aims to educate the public about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol, chemicals, or controlled substances.

This year’s operation is dedicated to the memory of Marion Miller, who was killed by an impaired driver on April 5, 2023, in Dunedin. On that date, Miller’s vehicle was struck by a driver traveling at a high rate of speed who ran a red light while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. More information on that incident can be found HERE.
Impaired driving is a crime that can affect any motorist. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and partner agencies continue this operation to prevent similar tragedies.
