Clearwater intersection closed after crash involving a city truck and a CSX train

Officers from the Clearwater Police Department are currently investigation a crash at the railroad crossing at MLK and Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

The crash involved a CSX train and a City of Clearwater Public Utilities truck. According to Clearwater Police, there were no injuries and the intersection will remain closed for an unspecified period of time.
