Clearwater Police Arrest Man For Disorderly Conduct After Yelling Where Babies Come From at Pier 60 Playground
Otis Ryan, age 30, was arrested following an incident that occurred at approximately 3:11 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2018.
Officer George from the Clearwater Police Department observed Ryan walking in the area of Pier 60 inappropriately commenting on women’s clothing and physical attributes as they passed. Police say this was an attempt to get males to confront him.
Ryan reportedly walked over to the busy playground area and climbed to the top of one of the children’s toy that was occupied by children between 4 and 6 years of age.
He began to shout as loudly as possible telling the young children that babies come out of women and continue being much more descriptive. At one point, he told the children that “they come out of their pu-sies.”
Parents rushed to the area to remove their children from the playground area.
Ryan, a transient, is known to have caused disturbances in the area previously.
He was taken into custody under the City of Clearwater disorderly ordinance.
The Editor of IONTB was correct. If you look on the jail website, Suspect was born 1988, So, the other Article you read was Incorrect. I imagine the Jail site is where he gets his Information.
