On September 11, 2020, officers from the Clearwater Police arrest 69 year-old Otto Cuevas of Largo.
He was arrested in connection to multiple sex crimes involving adults and young children as young as 7 years-old.
Based on arrest affidavits, it appears that some of these incidents occurred as he was giving the victim a massage in various residences. Other crimes occurred in the rear of his sports utility vehicle.
Cuevas is facing charges of simple battery, exposure of sexual organs, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and lewd and lascivious molestation. Additional charges are possible.
