Clearwater, FL – November 17, 2024 – The Clearwater Police Department is investigating the death of an adult male found early this morning near the 21000 block of U.S. 19 N.
Just after 7:00 a.m., officers responded to a call regarding a body discovered near an access road in the area. Upon arrival, authorities confirmed the individual was deceased. Detectives have since determined that the death was a homicide.
The victim has been identified as Everton Dove, a 38-year-old male. Dove’s last known address was a hotel located on Ulmerton Road.
The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are working to piece together the circumstances surrounding the fatality. No further details about the cause of death or potential suspects have been released.
