Crash Results in Taxi Striking a Building in Clearwater

Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue are on scene of a crash where two vehicles ended up hitting a building.

The call came in at 11:39 a.m. at 25400 U.S. 19 N. along the southbound access road.

Police say the driver of the taxi was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.

The driver and passenger declined medical treatment at the scene.

No one inside the building was hurt.

It has been almost 13 years since the inception of IONTB.
