Dunedin warehouse two-alarm blaze causes $110,000 in damage

On Sunday, crews from Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Clearwater all assisted in battling a two-alarm blaze on the corner of Main Street and Carnation Drive in Dunedin. The warehouse housed the manufacturing location of Clearwater Candles and Angel Jack Candles, Inc.  The initial damage estimate was in excess of $110,000.

The blaze began Sunday morning about 11am.  Crews battled the blaze for about 45 minutes before it was under control.  The cause of the fire was caused by an overloaded electrical system and no foul play is expected.
