Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue were dispatched to a rollover crash at approximately 3:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2020.
The crash occurred on Court Street just east of Lincoln Avenue.
Police say the crash occurred when a Honda Civic that was westbound on Court Street collided with a Mazda SUV that had been eastbound but was making a U-turn at the time.
There were two occupants in each vehicle. Firefighters worked to extricate the occupants from the significantly damaged vehicles. The four people were transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg at this time.
None of the injuries are thought to be life-threatening according to investigators.
Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The road remains closed as the investigation is conducted.
