Gibbs High School student arrested for school threats

Officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department arrested a 16 year-old, 10th grade boy at Gibbs High School today.

The student reportedly made repeated statements in front of students and adults that he would “shoot up the whole school.”

He is charged with a felony with making a false report concerning the use of a firearm/bomb to conduct bodily harm.
