Two civil lawsuits filed in Pinellas County accuse Melanie “Sky” Daily Bollea, the widow of Hulk Hogan, and others of allowing underage drinking at a Clearwater home party on March 28, 2026. One lawsuit alleges that a minor guest was sexually assaulted at the party.

The complaints were filed Oct. 29 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. They use pseudonyms for the plaintiffs and other people identified as minors. The allegations have not been proven in court.

In one complaint, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleges she was a minor when she met Bollea’s son, Hayden Hitt, in 2025. The complaint describes Bollea as a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology and alleges she tried to recruit Doe into the church. It claims Bollea used alcohol as part of that effort and later had Doe move into her Clearwater home. Doe was enrolled in Florida Virtual School, but the complaint alleges Bollea directed her to attend Applied Scholastics Online Academy, which it describes as a Scientology homeschool.

Doe also alleges she was in a mentally and physically abusive relationship with Hitt. The complaint says he physically attacked her on several occasions, sometimes after drinking alcohol allegedly provided by Bollea, and that Doe sought medical care after some incidents. On March 28, the complaint alleges Hitt shoved Doe from a doorway into a clothes rack. It says Bollea advised Doe to lock herself in a room and wait until morning, then evicted her after she called police.

A guardian filed the second complaint on behalf of a minor identified as Jane B. Doe. It alleges that Bollea bought alcohol for a party at her Clearwater home while she attended a wrestling event in Tampa. According to the complaint, Hitt advertised the party in a group chat, said alcohol would be served, and described Jane B. Doe as “free pu**y.”

The complaint alleges that John B. Doe gave the girl a sip of Four Loko, after which she began losing consciousness. It claims he sexually assaulted her for several hours while Hitt guarded the bedroom door. The complaint alleges repeated nonconsensual vaginal and anal penetration that caused serious injuries.

The filing also alleges that three condoms were left at the scene, and that the plaintiff secured one for DNA testing. It claims Bollea discarded the other two condoms and removed blood-stained sheets. The court has not established these allegations.

The second lawsuit accuses Bollea and Hitt of failing to provide a safe environment and also names the other minor’s parents as defendants. Both lawsuits seek damages exceeding $50,000 and request jury trials.

In a statement released Saturday, October 31, 2026, Clearwater Police said the department began investigating in March after allegations involving sexual battery and providing alcohol to minors at a party in the 100 block of Devon Drive on Clearwater Beach. Police said detectives referred the case to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for possible prosecution and that the investigation remains open. The department said reports that the case was closed are inaccurate.

In a statement to the Tampa Bay Times, the Church of Scientology stated, “The assertion that Melanie Sky Daily Bollea is, or ever was, a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology is categorically false. She holds no position in the Church.” The spokesperson added that the Applied Scholastics program mentioned in the lawsuit is independent and secular, and that the church is not involved in the allegations.
