LARGO — A Largo woman was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly placing multiple non-emergency calls to 911, including a request involving milk for coffee, according to an arrest affidavit.

Michelle Wyandt, 50, was taken into custody on April 26, 2026, and charged with misuse of the wireless 911 system, a misdemeanor under Florida law.

According to investigators, Wyandt called 911 three separate times within a short period. The first call occurred around 1:10 a.m., during which she reportedly stated she needed milk from inside her home for her coffee. A second call was logged as a hang-up at approximately 1:26 a.m., followed by a third call at 1:27 a.m., where she allegedly told dispatchers she would continue calling every time she needed something from inside the residence.

When officers arrived at the residence on 20th Street SW, Wyandt was still on the phone with 911. She reportedly told officers she made the calls to retrieve milk and admitted there was no emergency or threat to life or property.

Authorities noted that milk was already located inside the home, specifically on a washer or dryer in the laundry room, where Wyandt indicated she planned to sleep.

The affidavit also states that during prior interactions, Wyandt was instructed to use a non-emergency number for assistance. A business card with that number was found in her pocket at the time of her arrest.

She was arrested at approximately 1:45 a.m. and later transported to the Pinellas County Jail. Bond was set at $500.

The case remains pending.
