Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcyclist.
The crash occurred at approximately 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2021 on Alderman Road near Eagles Nest Drive.
Troopers say the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Alderman Road near Eagles Nest Drive at a high speed. The 24 year-old male motorcyclist from Holiday lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcycle departed the roadway, overturned, and collided with a utility pole.
The helmeted motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
