Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol continue to investigate a fatal crash on Dale Mabry Highway
The crash that killed a motorcyclist, a 25-year-old from Little Falls, New Jersey man, occurred on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at approximately 12:58 p.m.
A 59-year-old Tampa man was driving a Toyota pickup truck northbound on Dale Mabry Highway, south of Waters Avenue.
The motorcyclist, operating a Suzuki motorcycle, was traveling southbound on Dale Mabry Highway.
At the entrance to a Walmart, the pickup truck driver turned left into the path and was struck by the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
Neither the driver of the pickup truck nor his 52-year-old female passenger were injured during the incident.
