HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY – A 34-year-old Bushnell man was killed in a crash on I-275 southbound Friday morning, September 19, 2025.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 10:53 a.m. north of Bearss Avenue near the 56 Milepost.
Troopers say the motorcyclist, operating a Harley Davidson, was traveling southbound when he changed lanes and collided with a Nissan Rogue driven by a 40-year-old Tampa woman.
Following the impact, the rider was thrown to the inside shoulder and the motorcycle continued into the path of a Toyota RAV4, driven by a 62-year-old New Port Richey man. The RAV4 struck the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist died at the scene. The drivers of the Nissan and Toyota were not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
