Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in St. Petersburg Crash Overnight

A 38 year-old motorcyclist, Bruzenski M. Wilson, suffered serious injuries in a crash at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018.  The crash occurred at 18th Avenue South and 16th Street South in St. Petersburg.

Wilson was traveling on a black 1998 Honda motorcycle southbound on 16th Street South when he reportedly ran a red light at 18th Avenue South.

He struck a silver 2007 Nissan Altima, driven by 26 year-old Verquashia R. Johnson who was traveling westbound on 18th Avenue South.

Police say that Wilson was transported from the scene to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with life threatening injuries.

The St. Petersburg Police continue their investigation
