Nursing Assistant Charged With Sexual Battery Against 85 Year-old Senior Living Resident
Roberto Kirkland, age 35 of Ruskin, FL, was charged with sexual battery while working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a Hillsborough County Senior Living Facility.
Kirkland was employed at the Brookdale Senior Living Facility. Police say that between June 6, 2018 and June 9, 2018, Kirkland sexually assaulted an 85 year-old male victim in Sun City Center. The victim was a resident of the facility.

Police say that Kirkland admitted to the offense.
The victim reported that this act was committed against his will and without his consent.

Kirkland was arrested and transported to the Orient County Jail and charged with one count of Sexual Battery.
