Pinellas detectives presented the case to the Pinellas/Pasco State Attorney’s Office and a warrant was issued for four counts of Sexual Battery (Custodial Authority).

Hillsborough County deputies served the warrant for Valenty at the Hillsborough County Jail on June 22, 2018 at approximately 6:00 pm and he will later be transferred to the Pinellas County Jail for his charges.
