Pasco deputies are investigating a shooting death near a location on the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54
.
This occurred shortly before 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017.

According to Sheriff Nocco, two motorcyclist fled the scene after shooting and killing the driver of the black pickup truck. The driver of truck is a member of a motorcycle gang according to the Sheriff.  It does not appear that the shooting was random.

The two motorcyclists had very distinctive marks on them and photos have been made available. The images on the motorcycle are described as cracker bolts also known as SS Bolts.  They are a common white supremacist/neo-Nazi symbol derived from Schutzstaffel (SS) of Nazi Germany.

Traffic should avoid the area as much as possible as the criminal investigation is conducted.  Some portions of both roads could be shut down.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is being assisted by Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

The public is being asked to call with information to 1-800-873-TIPS.
