St. Petersburg police are investigating a crash involving a woman who was hit by a vehicle at approximately 9:41 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1st on 34th Street North at 10th Avenue North.
The woman, 45 year-old Donna Marie Levesque, is in critical condition and was taken to the hospital.
She was crossing 34th St. N just south of 10th Ave. N when she was struck in the northbound lanes, by a Cheverlot Cruze driven by a 66 year-old driver.
The driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Detectives do not suspect impairment and no charges have been filed.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
