Officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department are investigating a fatality crash involving a pedestrian.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023, as a man was struck by a vehicle as he was walking across 34th St.
N. near 5th Avenue North.
He was transported to the hospital where he died.
The driver stayed at the scene.
This is an ongoing investigation.
