Pinellas Deputies Investigate Death on Flame Vine Avenue

Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 8640 Flame Vine Avenue in unincorporated Seminole, regarding reports of a deceased person at approximately 8:15 AM Wednesday morning.

According to detectives, 24-year-old Christopher Wayne Rotenberger was found on the ground outside his residence. When deputies arrived he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives have confirmed that Rotenberger died from unnatural causes.

Next of kin has been notified.

This continues to be an open and on-going investigation according to a press release from Corporal Spencer Gross.
