Pinellas Park Police are currently investigating a Hit and Run crash

Pinellas Park Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that occurred on Thursday, May 9th at 4:00 AM on the 9600 block of 66th St N.

The pedestrian, a male, was found in the roadway after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. He was transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition.

The northbound lanes of 66th St were closed at 94th Ave but reopened at 6:00 AM for morning traffic.

Police are actively investigating, and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
