Update: The Sheriff’s Office announced Monday evening that Tyler McFarlane has been located and arrested
The Pasco Sheriff’s Office and other, local law enforcement agencies were searching for escaped felon 23 year-old Tyler McFarlane, who escaped from a Florida Department of Corrections Work Camp in Tarpon Springs this morning.
It is believed he fled into Pasco County, in the Holiday area, and that he is on foot. Tyler is possibly wearing a Florida Department of Corrections uniform, blue shirt and blue pants, though he may attempt to change clothes.
Tyler’s arrest history includes armed burglary and grand theft.
Please do not attempt to approach Tyler if you see him, instead anyone with information on Tyler McFarlane or his location should call 911 immediately.
