Rollover crash on Howard Frankland Bridge kills Pinellas Park man

Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash on the Howard Frankland Bridge. 

The crash occurred at approximately 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019

The crash killed 54 year-old Kenneth Seeberger of Pinellas Park who was operating a 2016 Toyota Tacoma southbound on I-275 in the center outside lane of the bridge.  Seeberger attempted to change lanes and collided with a 2017 Ford Raptor.  The driver of the Raptor was identified as 53 year-old Jeffrey Ramsey of Sanford, Florida.

The crash led to a rollover of the Toyota Tacoma killing Seeberger at the scene.

Ramsey was seriously injured after his truck collided with the outside barrier wall.

No charges are expected in this crash according to troopers.
