Subject with gunshot wound at Shoot Straight
Shortly before 8:30pm this evening, units from Pinellas Park Police and Fire Department were dispatched to reports of an individual with a gunshot wound. The incident was at Shoot Straight Gun Range & Store at 12000 US Hwy 19 in Unincorporated Clearwater.
The individual was being transported to a local trauma center and Pinellas Park police are speaking to anyone that may have witnessed the incident. It is unknown if the shooting was accidental or purposeful and the investigation continues.
