Fire rescue personnel responded to a vehicle crash involving an overturned vehicle in Madeira Beach at approximately 11:43 p.m. on Friday, January 25, 2019.
The crash occurred off 150th Avenue on the west side of the Tom Stuart Causeway.

Arriving firefighters located the unoccupied vehicle and reported that both occupants fled from the scene of the overturned vehicle.
Deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office along with a K-9 searched for the occupants that fled the scene toward Gulf Boulevard.

It is unknown if deputies were able to locate the occupants.
An update will be posted if any arrests were made.
