Officers from the St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) responded to shooting call at 1738 Granville Court S at approximately 11:08 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021

Officers arrived and found 18 year-old Barbarajean Lombardi and 21 year-old Tommy Dixon deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.

The suspect is identified as 29 year-old James Pagan and is in custody in
Alachua County. Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pagan overnight on unrelated drug charges.

After the shooting, investigators say Pagan fled the scene. It is early in the investigation, but Detectives believe the homicides were domestic related.
