Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) responded to a rollover crash on Monday, March 25, 2024, at approximately 9:49 a.m.
Based on initial information, a 43-year-old St. Petersburg man was traveling eastbound on Gandy Boulevard in a Ford F150.

The driver of a Ford Mustang, an 18-year-old Brandon man, was traveling westbound on Gandy Boulevard.
At the driveway access to 12025 Gandy Boulevard, the Ford F150 driver turned left into the path and was struck by the Ford Mustang.

The drivers were not injured during the incident; however, an unrestrained passenger in the Ford F150, a 58-year-old St. Petersburg man, suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
The investigation by FHP continues.
