Two Officers Injured in Crash Involving Golf Cart in St. Petersburg

Two officers riding in a golf cart were injured in a crash at the intersection of 38th Avenue North and 37th Street North in St. Petersburg. The crash occurred at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

Police said the driver of a Honda CR-V was turning north onto 37th Street North when it collided with the golf cart. One officer was ejected.

Both officers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.

The Honda driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.

All roads have reopened. The crash remains under investigation.
