Two Stabbed and Largo Man Charged with Attempted Murder This Morning in Clearwater

Units from Largo Fire Rescue and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Sun Terrace Mobile Home Park at 5860 150th Avenue #407 this morning shortly before 9:15 AM.
Deputies secured the scene so crews from Largo Fire Rescue could enter to evaluate injuries to the victims.  Two subjects were evaluated and transported to a trauma center for further medical evaluation.  The Sheriff’s Office states that both victims were stabbed in the chest area and are currently in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies were able to obtain information regarding the suspect and quickly surrounded the area.  The suspect was spotted at Roosevelt Blvd near 59th Street where Deputies were positioned. He was apprehended without incident and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. Deputies have identified him as 18 year-old Armando Sevilla-Cruz of Largo and have charged him with two counts of Attempted Murder.
The stabbing victims have been identified as Stephanie Santigo and Henry Minnifield who both reside at the occurred address.
Sevilla-Cruz admitted to the allegations when questioned about the events according to Deputies.
The investigation continues.
