US-19 and Southbound US-19 Frontage Road Closing at Harn Boulevard This Weekend 

Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, December 2 to 6 a.m. Saturday,  December 3, all northbound US-19 travel lanes will be closed between Belleair Road and Seville Boulevard. This closure is necessary for crews to install structures over US-19 as part of the new US-19 Pedestrian Overpass being installed to the north of Harn Boulevard. 

During this time, motorists will be detour around the work zone by exiting onto the northbound US-19 Frontage Road at Belleair Road, continue north along the US 19 Frontage Road and re-enter US-19 using the entrance ramp just south of SR-60 (Gulf-To-Bay Boulevard). 

On Saturday, December 3 from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.Sunday, December 4, all motorists traveling southbound on US-19 will detour around the work zone by exiting onto the US-19 Frontage Road at the Drew Street exit and continue west towards Belcher Road, east on Belleair Road, and south on US-19 Frontage Road to re-enter US-19. 

In addition, all motorists traveling northbound on US-19 will exit the roadway 
using the Belleair Road exit and continue north on the US-19 Frontage Road to 
re-enter US-19. 

Please note, Harn Boulevard from southbound US-19 Frontage Road will remain open to local traffic. Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area.
