4th Street entrance ramp onto northbound I-275 is now open 

St. Petersburg — The northbound 4th Street N entrance ramp to northbound I-275 (towards Tampa) reopened to traffic just before 9:30 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023.

Drivers are advised to be especially alert as motorists get reaccustomed to merging traffic in this area of I-275 approaching the Howard Frankland Bridge. 

The southbound I-275 Exit 32 ramp to southbound 4th Street remains closed as reconstruction work in the interchange area continues. The exit ramp is expected to reopen in mid-to-late October.

The construction activities to reopen Exit 32 are part of the Gateway Expressway project.
