According to detectives, the victim was in the care of Gibeault, at the time of the incident at approximately 6 p.m. on May 9, 2017. The victim’s injuries were reported late on May 10, 2017, when the mother discovered the injuries.

Ā In addition, she had possible rib fractures, a 2 to 4 week old left lower leg fracture, and an approximate 1 week old right ankle fracture.
