Reports of a traffic crash came in about 9:20pm Monday evening.  Units from Seminole Fire Rescue and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office responded.  The crash was a rear-end type collision.  All southbound lanes of Starkey Road were closed.

At least two patients were transported by Sunstar to local hospitals for further medical evaluation.

Florida Highway Patrol was on scene and will investigate the cause of the crash.
